How do we do it?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally!  To see the cost of shipping to your country, add products to your cart, enter your shipping address, and our automated shopping cart will give you the total.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship the next business day after it is placed and tracking will be available in the evening on the day it ships out.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will automatically get an email from the shop once the carrier picks up your order, that email will have tracking information as well.

How do I track my order?

You will get an email with a tracking link when your order is picked up.

How do I cancel my order?

You must contact customer service within one business day to cancel your order.  Once you reach out, our team may be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Returns, ugh. We hear you.  Our goal is to make returns as easy as possible for you.  Items must be returned in new condition with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags & packing slips where applicable.  Please email us at info@halotop.com with your order number and reason for return to receive further instructions, and we will get back to you ASAP.  We cannot guarantee refunds for returns without an associated RA # and tracking number.

Exchanges: Don’t worry; we understand the need for just the right fit or style as well as anyone.  If you’d like to exchange an item for another style or size, please reference your order number and send us an email at info@halotop.com.

How do I change my address on an existing order?

Please contact us at info@halotop.com within one business day so that our team can edit your shipping address.

How can I change an existing order?

Existing orders cannot be changed (apart from the address).  If a change is required, please contact us at info@halotop.com within one business day so that our team can cancel your order and you can place a new order for the correct items!
